I was thrilled to be in Naples the other week as part of the achievers' rewards program. It pays to help others save money!

When you're helping families reduce spending on essentials such as energy, broadband and mobile services, it feels genuinely rewarding because you know you're making a real difference. Just as rewarding is supporting new team members as they help their first few families save money, build their confidence, and show them that they, too, can make a positive impact. The fact that this work can also create exciting opportunities and experiences along the way makes it even better.

Last week, I was lucky enough to spend time in Naples!

This was part of an achievers' retreat I qualified for based on my work last year. It was amazing to be recognised and rewarded for consistently helping people save money and for supporting others in my team to start earning extra income.

Of course, taking a break in beautiful surroundings was lovely too, because sometimes you just need a chance to recharge and celebrate your progress.

What I really like about these achievers' retreats is that they are grounded in a genuine effort to help people, rather than in unrealistic targets or pressure. You do not need to change hundreds of lives overnight to see results; even helping a couple of households each month can build momentum.

There's a brilliant energy around what I do!

I love it because it combines teamwork, personal growth and practical savings that people genuinely need right now. With the cost of living still affecting so many households, people are actively seeking smarter ways to manage their bills and earn extra income.

The exciting thing is that next year's achievers' retreat destinations already include Jamaica, Antalya and Berlin. Having goals like that to work towards keeps things fun, motivating and exciting throughout the year.

I still laugh a little at the thought that helping people save money could eventually lead to relaxing in a sunny place with an amazing group of supportive and ambitious people.

I'm really passionate about helping others achieve the same sort of results if they want to.

Until next time ...

About Davina Farrer ...

Davina Farrer

I’ve always believed life is too short to sit still and wait for “someday.” From travelling the world in my twenties to taking on challenges like long-distance coastal walks, I’ve built a life around adventure, freedom, and making the most of every opportunity that comes my way.

After becoming a mum, I wanted a way to be present for my family while still creating an income and future for myself. That led me to build a flexible, residual income business that fits around real life - not the other way round. Today, I help others do the same, showing them how to reduce their bills and create more choice with their time.

For me, it’s not just about money - it’s about freedom. Freedom to travel, take on new challenges, and be there for the moments that matter most. If you’re looking for a way to create more flexibility, more income, and more life in your days, you’re in the right place.
