I had such a lovely evening at the Best SME Awards 2026 in Daventry last week. It was one of those nights where you stop, take a breath, and realise just how far you've come. And I'm really proud to have received a Silver Award for Best Customer Service ... At the 2026 Best SME Awards in Daventry, I was overjoyed to be announced as a Silver winner! This was actually my first-ever awards application, which made it all feel a bit surreal. I think when you run a business, you just get on with things day to day.
